Haley tries to assist Roger in finding inner peace through meditation while Stan and Steve learn how to make sushi. When a painting of Francine's privates is displayed in a museum, Stan is incensed. After learning that Haley and Jeff are expecting a child and that Steve and Klaus have joined a narcotics gang, Stan becomes distraught at the prospect of becoming a grandfather. For Jeff to become human once more, Roger agrees to give birth to him, and Steve sneakily signs Snot up for a makeover. Steve is abducted and taken to the North Pole, where Santa Claus is employing youngsters to mine for rare stones required for an antiquated ritual. The Smiths come to Steve's rescue. Francine's attraction to Stan decreases when she learns that he participates in slot car racing. In the meantime, Roger works as a stewardess and puts on comedy acts on airplanes.
