Francine sets the rules and makes Stan say "NO" after she is drawn into the irksome situation and her romantic Valentine's Day getaway is wrecked. Stan devises a complex scheme to see if Francine would choose the other man over him after learning that she was once engaged to a man who died in a plane crash but is still alive. As a result of their defamation of his fiancée, who was running for class president, Steve exacts revenge on the popular students at his school. But he subsequently finds out that someone else was behind the attacks, and the popular students are seeking retribution. Hayley begins dating Stan's CIA body double after Jeff dumps her.
