Within the police, Pawar, the honest Commissioner and Bapat, his deputy are on a collision course. The Minister is orchestrating both the administrative and the Mafia bosses, and their underlings. While this is a formula film of the mid 1990’s an ageing Dharmendra still puts in a credible performance.
