Making the Cut Season 1 tell a story about Heidi Klum and Tim Gunn host 12 designers as they confront challenges and projects that will put their creative talents and ability to manage a business to the test. Heidi Klum and Tim Gunn present a fashion competition series featuring ten exceptional entrepreneurs and designers from across the world who are eager to take their burgeoning companies to the next level and become the next worldwide hit.Other clothes designer competitions have piqued my interest. For years, I've been a fan of Project Runway and Project Runway All Stars. I'm now watching this and Next in Fashion. What I enjoy about Making the Cut is that participants may return to the fabric store if necessary, that there is a seamstress to assist them, and that Tim Gunn hosts the show. I've always been bothered by the unnaturalness of only going to the fabric store once for a project. It seemed utterly fictitious to me. It also appears that they have a seamstress. Tim Gunn has been much missed. It's wonderful to see him. He appears to be attentive and interested with providing outstanding insight. What I dislike about this program is the separation.Screens concentrating on judges' faces while a model walks the catwalk, listening to judges make snide remarks throughout the event, then focusing on Heidi and Tim strolling in Paris or wherever. I don't mind if Heidi wants to perform on stage. I don't want to focus on the judges instead of the designers' work, and I certainly don't want to hear sarcastic comments from the judges. This is not about the judges. It's meant to be about the designers. As it is, the designers are minor characters, while the judges are the stars of the program. I'm only interested in the judges since their job is to raise fashion, not to show how they can outdo one other in terms of attention grabbing. If they desire it,If you want it to be about the judges, call it How I Became A Devine Name In Fashion Critique. Having said that, several of these judges appear to be more concerned wit
